DC Go is an electricity solution that provides off-grid solar energy to communities in areas where there is little or no access to electrical infrastructure.

We offer affordable Pay-As-You-Go electricity packages which range from basic lighting in informal housing to a range of appliances available from DC Go, such as fridges, TV’s, bedside lights, and Bluetooth speakers. Not only are we providing electricity to communities, but we’re also safe and environmentally sustainable.

DC Go is a Distributed Energy Services Company (DESCO) based in Johannesburg, South Africa with representation throughout Africa.

Through our solutions we aim to be a catalyst to improve the quality of life of our customers.

We alleviate poverty through job creation, skills and enterprise development, whilst safe-guarding the environment for future generations.

Empowering people and developing economic and environmental sustainability

Our off-grid electrification entails localised generation, storage and distribution systems designed to supply a group of customers in underserviced areas.
